We all have our favorite fitness items and I’m proud to partner with Cottonelle® to share my fitness must haves with you! I workout in my own home gym so my fitness must haves are pretty basic since I don’t need a gym bag and I can jump in the shower as soon as I’m done if I want. :)

- Fun Workout Clothes.
Workout clothes that make me laugh are my favorite. The tank top pictured above I actually got from Victoria’s Secret. They have super cute tops sometimes. I also have a bazillion pairs of printed leggings and capris. Fun workout clothes motivate me to workout and they’re one of my favorite rewards to myself.
- Compression Calf Sleeves.
I just started using these compression calf sleeves about two weeks ago and can’t believe I went so long without them. All thanks go to Roger for picking them out for me! As I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed that I have more problems with shin splints and calf pain and these make workouts pretty painless. I’m amazed at the difference.
- No-Slip Hair Binders.
My long hair needs tough, no-slip binders to keep my hair off my neck and out of my face!

What’s a good workout without great music? I add playlists, hit the shuffle button and get to work! It clips easily to my sports bra and never falls off. The earbuds that came with it stay in my ears and fit very nicely too. I love my ‘lil iPod.
