Here is a catch up post from the workouts I’ve done for the past 4 days. I got behind because of the NFL playoff games but I did manage to keep my journey going. I still haven’t gotten used to lunges, although I don’t really know if that ever happens? I detest them while I’m doing them, but I know they’re EXCELLENT. I really can feel that they’re working and that keeps me chugging along. :D
Day 11: Dumbbells (Circuits – 15 reps each)
- Incline Flye
- Pullover
- Bent-Over Row
- Overhead Press
- Lateral Raise
- Lying Triceps Extension
- Dumbbell Curl
Day 12: Traditional
- Walking Lunge: 20 reps (each leg)
- Squat: 3 sets x 12 reps, 35#
- Leg Extension: 3 sets x 12 reps
- Lying Leg Curl: 3 sets x 12 reps
- Standing Calf Raise: 3 sets x 20 reps
Day 13: Cardio Workout
- HIIT/Steady Cardio for 35 minutes
Day 14: Cardio Workout
- HIIT/Steady Cardio for 35 minutes
