Happy Monday morning!
I hope your morning has started off better than mine so far. Yesterday I started getting a sore throat that progressively got worse as the day went on. I think I woke up about every half hour overnight because it hurt so much to swallow. I’m also completely lethargic and it’s hard to even talk. Boo.
To keep things short, sweet and simple today I thought I’d do a Leg Workout round-up! This is just a short list of some of my very favorite leg workouts that have been posted on the blog in the past. Below you can find a link that will direct you to all leg workouts ever posted on the blog.

Leg Workout Round-Up
The first leg workout is one from Day 18 of Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer that I did a few years ago. Man, time flies! Ahhh the days when I could do leg extensions and lying leg curls. We no longer have the bench that allowed me to do those.
This “Embrace the Shake Leg Workout” is one I did not too long ago and it’s a good one if you love a challenge – and sweating!
This Luscious Legs Workout is another one of my favorites that I put together. The curtsy lunges and weighted burpees are a nice addition don’t you think? :)
The Tighter Tush Workout is also another workout I designed that also works your legs.
