I’ve officially completed the first week of Jamie’s LiveFit Trainer program! 11 weeks to go… Today is the last workout day and I actually found a new favorite shoulder exercise: Front Delt Raise to “T”. Haven’t done those before but I love ’em!
I didn’t do cardio today but plan to do some during the next 2 days (which are technically “off days”) to prepare for the Turkey Day 5K!
