My entire upper body is still sore from the previous 2 workouts so I was happy to do legs today. Wonder how I’ll feel tomorrow…. I didn’t do too much cardio today but I did get to incorporate my Step 360 into this workout. I don’t have a leg press machine so I just decided to do deadlifts. I can’t not do deadlifts on leg day!
