I feel like I’m obsessed with challenges lately and I’m not sure why. It’s not because I need more on my plate for crying out loud!
I decided that my next fitness-related challenge is going to be a cardio challenge. Why? Because I seriously lack the motivation to do as much cardio as I probably should. Really though, because I hardly ever do it.
I know! Shame on me.
I love the effects of a great cardio workout. It completely clears my head and I usually think of a couple of really great ideas during the workout too! Why can’t that be enough for me to do more cardio work on a regular basis?! RAWR.
Anyway, I decided to check out Pinterest because that site never fails me (thanks to some really amazing people on this planet!). I’m so amazed by all of the great stuff on there!
I came across one cardio workout in particular that intrigues me:

Doesn’t that just sound like a super happy, fun time??
I like this one because it’s fast-paced and it incorporates some great basic moves for chest, arms, abs, legs and heart!
My Cardio Challenge Promise
I, Mindi, will complete this 20 Minute Intense Cardio Workout following each of my strength training workouts with the exception of back day (I prefer rowing on back day), for the next 30 days.
If I do not successfully complete this challenge, I will eat worms and I will not watch Nashville for 1 month.
