It’s been some time since I was on a regular workout schedule but I’m starting all over today. Who says you gotta wait till Monday right?? It always sucks starting over but I’m excited to get back into it because I can tell now more than ever that my body and my brain have been missing workouts a whole lot. I’ve been missing blogging a lot too so I’ve scaled back on school a bit so I can have more time for the things I enjoy. Life’s too short. (That’s a good life tip!) I have 2 very part-time semesters left and then I will be FINISHED!
Anyway, on to…
- 1 minute row (for calories)
- 1 minute burpees
- 1 minute box jumps (I used my 18″ box)
- 1 minute kettlebell swings
- 1 minute rest
Repeat for 3x and go for as many reps as possible!
Total Time: 15 minutes

This was my first time using our new rower so at the end of my workout I did a 2,000 meter row just for fun. Guess what? Now I can say I like cardio! I’ll take rowing over running ANY day. I’ll still try to run every once in a while but I’ll always hate it. I just can’t know how to like it.
Did I mention I love rowing?

If you’ve been thinking about a NutriBullet I highly highly suggest them! I received one for Christmas from my parents and I love love love it! I’m tossing the regular blender we had because this blows it away. I didn’t purchase it myself, but if I had, I would’ve felt like it was worth every penny.
