It’s been awhile since I posted a Workout Wednesday post so I thought today would be a good time. Originally I planned on doing a Pump/PiYo hybrid this month but I’ve changed that up a bit. Video is up and Wednesday’s chest workout is finished – complete with “Beast faces“! Today is Day 34 of Body Beast and on the schedule was Bulk: Chest. I also did 25 minutes of steady cardio on the treadmill. I did a run/walk for almost 2 miles and set the incline at 10% (the max ours goes).
