Today’s workout was okay but I’m really tired of push-ups! I say that lovingly. :) My chest is definitely feeling tired tonight and my abs were burning immensely during the ab sets – wow. Got a really great workout in today guys! I learned I made some strength gains too so that’s super awesome. I was able to increase barbell bent rows by 10# and one arm rows by 5#.
