Hi there and welcome to Thursday! Wait, it’s Thursday already? I feel like the last two weeks have gone by super fast. I guess that means spring will get here pretty quick, right? It’s 18 below zero right now so that’s what I’m hoping. I really hope it’s warmer where you are!
I wanted to pop on to share a workout with you that I decided to try yesterday and ended up loving. Yesterday was originally supposed to be some type of cardio HIIT workout but I tweaked something in my upper right thigh a few days ago so it was definitely a no-go. It’s slowly feeling better but I was thinking of going for some type of walking treadmill workout so I visited my trusty friend Google and came across this one from Fitness Magazine.
I took a screenshot of the workout with my phone and then hopped on the treadmill with my new playlist and got to work.

At first I thought the steep incline in this one might aggravate whatever’s going on with my leg but I decided to give it a go everything went pretty smoothly. My leg felt good the entire time and I could definitely feel my glutes and calves workin’ during all 20 minutes. It went by pretty quickly too!
After my run it was time for lunch and I opted for another pizza burrito:
This was basically created using my Pizza Chicken Tenders recipe (but adding breadcrumbs), cutting up the chicken and stickin’ it in a wrap.
Bam! Pizza burrito.
I also had a side of juicy red grapes and then after I finished I was craving Peanut Butter M&M’s so I had a few. I wanted some Girl Scout cookies but I’m reeeeeeally trying to make them last. They only come around once a year you know.
